Perfect Medical orientates its markets of products in both domestic market and export market. In the domestic market, the company, previously relying on distributors completely, today operates through both direct sales to mid-scale or large hospitals and distributors. The former accounts for more than 50 percent. Johnson said that he employs several salespersons to run the hospital market, with the benefits of firsthand contact, and the company was therefore able to grasp the exact source of customers. In the export market, sales of own-brand are large portion and OEM only a small portion.
From all domestic sales to domestic and export ratio of seven to
three, the marketing of Perfect Medical is keeping going toward a goal of
gradual increase of exportation . It will continuously
